返金ポリシー

Loupe には期限のない無料版があります。買う前に、お使いの Mac（またはブラウザ）で無料版を試して、ちゃんと動くか・自分に合うかを確かめてください。そのうえで、次のようなときは返金します。

1. 返金できるとき（購入から 14 日以内）

• 動かないとき：動作環境（Apple シリコンの Mac・macOS 14 以降、ブラウザ版は最新の Chrome または Edge）を満たしているのに Pro がうまく動かず、サポートに連絡してから 7 日たっても直せなかったとき。
• 説明どおりでないとき：販売ページに書いてある Pro の機能が使えないとき。
• 間違えて買ったとき：同じ人が二重に買ってしまったとき、または動作環境に合わない機械のために間違えて買ってしまい、まだ Pro を有効にしていないとき。

2. 返金できないとき

• 購入から 14 日を過ぎたとき（上の「動かないとき」で、14 日以内にサポートへ連絡していた場合を除きます）。
• Pro を有効にして使ったあとの、気が変わった・使わなくなったなどの理由。
• 販売ページに書いていない機能がない、という理由。
• ライセンスコードを他人に渡したり公開したりしたとき。

3. 申し込み方

注文番号と、困っている内容（動かない場合は Mac の機種・macOS のバージョン・どの操作で起きるか）を書いて連絡してください。まず直せるかを一緒に確かめ、直せないときに返金します。

• BOOTH で買った場合：BOOTH のショップへメッセージを送ってください。返金の手続きは BOOTH の規約と仕組みに従います。
• 海外向けストア（Lemon Squeezy）で買った場合：サポートへ連絡してください。返金はストアを通して、支払った方法に戻ります。

返金した注文のライセンスコードは無効になり、Pro の機能は使えなくなります（無料版としては使い続けられます。ライブラリは消えません）。

4. 法律で認められた権利

このポリシーは、お住まいの国や地域の法律で消費者に認められた権利を制限するものではありません。

Refund Policy

Loupe has a free version with no time limit. Please try it on your Mac (or in your browser) before buying, to make sure it works and suits you. After that, we refund in the cases below.

1. When we refund (within 14 days of purchase)

• It doesn't work: your device meets the requirements (Apple silicon Mac with macOS 14 or later; for the browser version, current Chrome or Edge), Pro doesn't work properly, and we can't fix it within 7 days of you contacting support.
• Not as described: a Pro feature listed on the product page doesn't work.
• Bought by mistake: you bought twice, or bought for a device that doesn't meet the requirements and haven't activated Pro yet.

2. When we don't

• More than 14 days after purchase (unless you contacted support about a problem within those 14 days).
• Change of mind after activating and using Pro.
• A feature that isn't listed on the product page.
• The licence code was shared or published.

3. How to ask

Send your order number and what's wrong (for problems: your Mac model, macOS version and what you were doing). We'll first try to fix it with you, and refund if we can't.

• Bought on BOOTH: message the shop on BOOTH. Refunds follow BOOTH's terms and process.
• Bought through Lemon Squeezy: contact support. The refund goes back to your original payment method through the store.

The licence code of a refunded order is turned off and Pro features stop working. You can keep using the free version, and your library stays.

4. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country or region.
