Loupe と Komame（以下あわせて「本アプリ」）は、利用者の情報をできるだけ集めない設計にしています。1〜5 は Loupe と Komame に共通、6 は Komame の確認リンク、7 はこのサイトの事前登録についてです。

1. 集める情報

本アプリの運営者は、利用者の個人情報・利用状況・端末の識別子を収集しません。広告や行動分析のための仕組み（トラッキング）は入っていません。

2. 端末の中に保存される情報

クリップ・ボード・タグ・メモ・取り込んだ動画ファイル・設定は、利用者の端末の中だけに保存されます。運営者のサーバーには送られません。バックアップファイルは、利用者が保存先を選んで書き出したときだけ作られます。

3. 外部のサービスとの通信

YouTube・Vimeo・ニコニコ動画のリンクを追加・再生するとき、本アプリはそれぞれのサービスの公式プレイヤーと、タイトル・サムネイル・再生数などを取得するための公開ページ・API に接続します。このとき、各サービスには利用者の IP アドレスなどが届き、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます（Google・Vimeo・niconico）。
アプリ内課金は Apple（App Store）または Google（Google Play）が処理します。支払い情報を運営者が受け取ることはありません。

4. チームサーバー

チーム機能のサーバーは、利用者自身（またはその所属組織）が用意して動かすものです。そこに保存される名前・パスワード（ハッシュ化して保存）・クリップは、そのサーバーの管理者が管理します。

6. Komame の確認リンク

Komame で確認リンクを作ると、クライアントに見せるため、次の情報が運営者の用意したサーバー（Cloudflare）に置かれます。元の動画ファイルや案件のデータは送られず、利用者の端末に残ります。

確認用に縮めた動画（720p など）、案件名・版の番号・送り主の名前、パスワード（ハッシュ化して保存）、設定した場合は確認ページのロゴ画像

本数と期限を数えるための情報：リンクを作った端末の番号、ライセンスの種類、作ったネットワークのハッシュ（IP アドレスそのものは保存しません）

これらは、確認ページを表示することと、リンクを作った利用者の端末に指示を届けることだけに使い、広告や分析には使いません。確認用の動画は、リンクの期限が来たとき、または利用者が共有を止めたときに削除します。期限の過ぎたリンクの情報は、毎日の整理で削除します（期限は最長 60 日）。確認ページで入力した内容は、リンクを作った利用者に届きます。

7. 事前登録

このサイトの事前登録では、メールアドレス・表示言語・登録した製品名・日時を受け取り、このサイトのサーバー（ConoHa WING）に保存します。ベータ版や発売のお知らせを送ることだけに使い、第三者には渡しません。削除を希望する場合は、サポートページからご連絡ください。連続した送信を防ぐため、IP アドレスから作った一時的な値を最長 1 時間保存します。

8. このウェブサイトのアクセス解析

このウェブサイト（loupeapps.com のページ）では、見られ方を知るために Google アナリティクスを使っています。Google アナリティクスは Cookie を使い、閲覧したページ・参照元・おおよその地域・端末の種類などを、個人を特定しない形で集めます。詳しくは Google のポリシーをご覧ください。ブラウザの設定やオプトアウトアドオンで止められます。アプリ本体（Mac 版・ブラウザ版）には入っていません。

Loupe and Komame ("the apps") are built to collect as little as possible. Sections 1–5 apply to both apps, section 6 to Komame review links, and section 7 to the waitlist on this site.

1. What we collect

We do not collect personal data, usage data or device identifiers. The app contains no advertising or tracking.

2. What stays on your device

Your clips, boards, tags, notes, imported video files and settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to us. Backup files are created only when you export one to a place you choose.

3. Third-party services

When you add or play a YouTube, Vimeo or Niconico link, the app connects to that service's official player and to its public pages or APIs to fetch the title, thumbnail and view count. Those services receive your IP address and similar data under their own privacy policies (Google, Vimeo, niconico).
In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive your payment details.

4. Team servers

A team server is run by you or your organisation. Names, passwords (stored hashed) and clips on it are managed by that server's administrator.

6. Komame links

When you create a review link in Komame, the following is placed on a server we operate (Cloudflare) so your client can see it. Your source video files and project data are not sent; they stay on your device.

A reduced review copy of the video (such as 720p), the project name, version number and sender name, the password (stored hashed), and, if you set one, the logo image for the review page
Names, notes, drawings, replies and approvals entered on the review page
To count links and expiry: an identifier of the device that created the link, the license type, and a hash of the network it came from (we do not store the IP address itself)

We use this only to show the review page and to deliver notes to the device that created the link — never for advertising or analytics. The review copy is deleted when the link expires or you stop sharing; data for expired links is removed by a daily clean-up (links last at most 60 days). What a reviewer enters is delivered to the person who created the link.

7. Waitlist

The waitlist on this site collects your email address, display language, the product you signed up for and the time, stored on this site's server (ConoHa WING). We use it only to tell you about betas and launches and never share it. To be removed, contact us through the support page. To prevent repeated submissions, a temporary value derived from your IP address is kept for up to one hour.

8. Website analytics

This website (the pages on loupeapps.com) uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect the pages viewed, referrers, approximate region and device type, without identifying you. See Google's policy. You can turn it off in your browser settings or with the opt-out add-on. The apps themselves (Mac and browser versions) do not include it.
